Standard Telecommunications Agreement

BOMA Greater Tampa Bay, working with key telecommunication representatives, has developed a Standard Telecommunications Agreement for building owners and managers to use when negotiating Telecommunications access for their tenants.  This document can be used as a tool in developing building owner specific agreements. It is not copyrighted and can be used in whole or part as desired by the building owner or their legal counsel. BOMA Greater Tampa Bay worked diligently to create a document that will assist owners and managers in successfully executing an agreement that is equitable for all parties.  To view or download the BOMA Greater Tampa Bay Standard Telecommunication Agreement, click here
